
As the Association’s objectives include assisting the industry to promote professional training and recruitment in order to raise industry standards, we are delighted to present the QQI Accredited Level 6 Programme in Team Leadership, specifically tailored to the contract cleaning sector. The course is aimed at Contracts and Operations Managers who will likely have 2+ years’ experience in the role. This is a 6 day accredited programme and the proposal is to deliver it over 3 months (two days per month) to allow participants time away from the business, and to disseminate the information learned and apply it in practice. The programme will require participants to attend each day, and there will be an end of programme external assessment. Participants will be required to submit project work – this can be relevant to the business and can be a project that the business will benefit from.
